1296 kHz Kardjali is still on with BNR Hristo Botev programme. I can hear them in Austria at the time of writing this in a mix with Belgrade 1. There was a mix up of the two Kardjali transmitters in the original infrmation. 963 kHz closed on Feb 29. 1296 will close on Sep 30.
