ARC Newsflash: Radio Merkurs 1485 upgrading its transmitter site

LATVIA Radio Merkurs 1485 kHz has just upgraded their antenna and raised power to 1 kW. They are very interested to know how the signal is getting through and you are welcome to mail your observations to RNI (at) apollo.lv.
